Initially assessing you ‘Buying Criteria’.

Discussing the various alternatives for ‘Buyers Agency’ and the meanings.

Explaining, to you, the home buying process.

Reviewing listings of properties, on the Multiple Listing Service® of our Board , and bringing to your attention all suitable listings within your criteria.

Cooperating with brokerages working with Sellers.

Showing you property at times acceptable to you and  the seller.

Disclosing in a timely manner to you, the Buyer, all appropriate facts affecting the transaction known to me, including discussing the implications of the Property Disclosure and Title Search.

Keeping you informed regarding the progress of the transaction .

Preparing a Contract of Purchase and Sale and then submitting the offer to  the seller and their Agent, for consideration .

Assisting you in negotiating favorable terms and conditions with the Seller.

Helping you to estimate the funds required for closing.

Assisting in the completion and possession process.
